- We check you’re realUsually within two working days. We look at every account so people can trust what they find.
- Post your eventsAdd the date, a short description, your flyer and your ticket link. We check each event, then it goes live.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing events costs nothing during our launch, and you get 20 tokens to feature them. You never need a card to post events.
Who can apply?
Venues (bars, restaurants, lounges, clubs, galleries, theatres, event centres) and anyone who puts on events: promoters, club nights, festivals, food and craft markets, comedy and art collectives. You need to be 18 or over.
I don’t have a fixed venue. Can I still join?
Yes. Choose “I organise events” and add the venue for each event as you post it.
What if my address isn’t on the map?
Many streets in Nigeria aren’t on online maps yet. Add your area and a nearby landmark and we’ll place the pin for you when we check your details.
Can I sell tickets through Citylark?
Not directly. Keep using the ticket site you already use; we send people straight to it.
What about club nights and late events?
They go in Nightlife, our 18+ section, which only shows to adults who have passed an ID check. It opens soon, and nights you add now will be ready for it.
Can people pay to look popular?
No. Anything paid for is clearly labelled “Promoted”, and labels like “Popular” and star ratings come only from real visitors.
